After over a year of change and adaptation, what will our workplaces look like in the new normal? As the Government continues to ease restrictions, business leaders must consider how the future will impact their workplace. More importantly, they must consider how it will impact their people.
For many businesses, the pandemic has accelerated workplace wellbeing initiatives and pushed through flexible working plans. It has highlighted the advantages and limitations of traditional workplaces and created divisions by sector and working style. With the workforce divided, how can businesses move forward to create modern and adaptable environments which enable their people to thrive?Vicky Walker the Director of HR at Westfield Health joined Steve Twynham on the Yowah Radio breakfast show to share the findings from The Future of Work Report.
Westfield Health asked 1,500 people across the UK about their future work plans and wellbeing needs, setting out to understand how the workforce is feeling and what businesses can do to help them adapt.
The report explores what to expect from the new normal, how the return to work might differ across sectors, and the impact of the right support on wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.Remember to join the growing number of listeners to Yowah Radio, online 24/7 bringing the feel-good feeling to every day.

Chronic pain affects 130 million Americans and roughly 1,000,000,000 people worldwide. Chronic pain is killing the souls of millions making it impossible for them to live fulfilling lives. Millions are searching for the answer on how to live pain-free and fully functional. In this podcast, Steve Twynham is joined by Dr. Mithchell Yass.Dr. Yass developed the Yass Method. This method interprets the body’s presentation of symptoms to identify the tissue in distress eliciting those very symptoms. He has shown that in more than 98% of cases, the cause of pain is muscular, even when MRI findings identify structural variations like herniated discs, stenosis, arthritis, or meniscal tears. The key to the diagnostic test is that muscular causes cannot show up. Therefore it is impossible for the MRI to be used as a way of identifying the tissue in distress eliciting the very symptoms being experienced. Dr. Yass I has written 3 books on the subject and performed a PBS special highlighting his method. In this podcast, Dr.Yass shares some great information including the 4 primary ways muscle causes pain.Enjoy the podcast.Remember to join the growing number of listeners of Yowah Radio, online 24/7
