Emma holds a BA Hons in Health and Community as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. As a police officer, Emma influenced the changing landscape of police and partner training, creating innovative interventions to support collaborative working, diversity, and inclusion.
Studying the field of positive psychology, creating positive change, coaching, and wellbeing Emma now brings her wealth of knowledge into her work as a trainer, speaker, advisor, and creator.
As a specialist associate, Emma supports public services with diversity and inclusion training.
Emma now supports the NHS with executive coaching, building coaching and mentoring programs, training leaders on how to have positive conversations, and leading on cultural change. She works one to one with clients to disrupt their mental models which initiates growth, change, and development. Emma delivers training programs, workshops, and talks about the importance of creating psychological safety to ensure holistic wellbeing and optimal human flourishing. Through teaching and coaching, she enables leaders to serve authentically and supports and advises organisations how to create meaningful people-first cultures.
Emma enjoys helping everyone grow together by having curious conversations with inspiring people on the Growth Pod-Cast and is writing her first book on the topic of coaching.
